野毛「たて横丁」Urgent HELP!

昨夜の横浜は、コロナ禍後、最高の人出だった。給料日の金曜日！野毛のお店も大繁盛でした。
午前１時ごろ、団体客が帰られ、私も片付けまでしてタクシーで帰路に付きました。

そもそも、こちらとの契約は6月いっぱいで満了しておりますが、
当時の担当者から泣きつかれ、老体を鞭打ち頑張る事になりました。(笑)
私が開業した当時は、アルバイトスタッフも20名ほど採用しました。
お客様から「野毛ぽく無い！」と喜ばれたり、敬遠されたり・・（泣）

10月16日に、念願の4階に「おでん久」もオープン。名実共に「たて横丁」がビル内に完成しました。
コロナの影響でアルバイトスタッフが休眠状態の中、社員のみでの営業です。

仕事柄、求人の依頼は多く来ますが、なかなか集客出来無いのが現状です。
この時期、求人してる人は、逆に能力に問題有る方かもしれません。

前職では、12月～3月の4カ月で売上の大半を荒稼ぎします。
その為の、仕込みも夏頃から仕掛けます。準備不足ですと売上が約束出来ませんから。

We are open for employees only while part-time staff are dormant due to corona.

Due to the nature of my work, I receive many requests for job offers, but the current situation is that I can't quite attract customers.
At this time of year, the person who is hiring may be the one who has a problem with the ability on the contrary.

At my previous job, I made a lot of money in the four months from December to March.
For that reason, the preparation will also be set up from around summer. If you don't prepare enough, you can't promise sales.
