滋賀プロジェクト始動のご報告

このたび、滋賀にて新規プロジェクトをスタートいたしました。
自宅から片道92.2km、ドアtoドアで約2時間半の道のりを日々往復しながら、新しい現場に向き合っております。

現地では、平日と週末での来客動向のギャップ、団体バス予約への対応など、多様な課題があります。これらを一つひとつ整理し、柔軟にオペレーションへ反映させるべく取り組んでおります。

また、滋賀県では現在「国民スポーツ大会（国スポ）」が開催されており（2025年9月28日～10月8日）、正式競技37競技、特別競技1競技、公開競技7競技、デモンストレーションスポーツ24競技と、地域全体が熱気に包まれています。
この盛り上がりを追い風に、当プロジェクトも地域との連携を深め、より良い成果を目指してまいります。

I am facing this new site while commuting 92.2km one way from my home, a journey of approximately two and a half hours door-to-door, every day.

The site presents a variety of challenges, such as the difference in visitor trends between weekdays and weekends, and handling group bus reservations. We are working to sort through these one by one and flexibly reflect them in our operations.

In addition, Shiga Prefecture is currently hosting the National Athletic Meet (Kokuspo) (September 28-October 8, 2025), and the entire region is in a frenzy of excitement, with 37 official events, one special event, seven exhibition events, and 24 demonstration sports.

Using this excitement as a tailwind, this project will deepen its ties with the local community and aim for even better results.
