I will be starting a new project in Siga, rather than my hometown of Saga🍴.

ご縁をいただいたのは、近江八幡にて140年の歴史を重ね、自社牧場を有し近江牛の魅力を伝え続けてきた老舗「毛利志満」。

今回、私はレストラン経営のコンサルティングを担当し、組織体制の強化やサービス品質の向上、ブランド戦略の再構築に取り組みます。これまで東京・横浜で培ってきたホテル・レストラン分野での実績を活かし、伝統ある企業のさらなる発展に尽力してまいります。

「伝統を未来へ繋げる」ことを使命に、新天地・滋賀にて挑戦を続けていきます。

今回いただいたご縁は、まさに新しい出会いから始まりました。
140年という歴史に触れるたびに、その重みと責任を強く感じます。

一方で、私自身も東京・横浜で積み重ねてきた経験を新しい土地でどう活かせるのか、ワクワクする気持ちでいっぱいです。故郷のSAGAを離れての挑戦ではありますが、SIGAでの暮らしや人との出会いも大切にしながら、日々を積み重ねていきたいと思います。

I have been fortunate to be associated with Morishima, a long-established restaurant in Omihachiman with a 140-year history, its own ranch, and the appeal of Omi beef.
In this role, I will be in charge of restaurant management consulting, working to strengthen the organization, improve service quality, and rebuild the brand strategy. Utilizing the track record I have cultivated in the hotel and restaurant sector in Tokyo and Yokohama, I will do my utmost to contribute to the further development of this traditional company.
With the mission of "connecting tradition to the future," I will continue to take on challenges in my new home in Shiga.
This opportunity truly began as a new encounter.
Every time I come into contact with 140 years of history, I feel a strong sense of the weight and responsibility that comes with it.
