私にとってのアナザースカイとは？
修行期を過ごした関西（大阪）と初めて海外で働いたフランスです。
先日、京都のY先輩のお店のお手伝いに行かせて戴きました。
就業時代には、洋菓子を教えて戴いたのですが、カナダに渡られフランス料理に従事、
今は京都で14年間、自分のお店を営業されている憧れの先輩です。
この時代の先輩方は、いつまで経っても有りし日の主従関係が継続され…
今回も、二つ返事でお手伝いに行かせて戴きました。
今回、関西でお仕事したタイミングに、時を同じくしてK先輩がフランスに行かれた報を聞きました。
私が此処で就業したのは、30年ほど前の話です。懐かしい思い出です。
先輩は、夏休みを利用して娘さんと旅をされているようです。
それこそ、リアル「アナザースカイ✈」を実践されています。
私が関西に帰省した際には、いつもお逢い戴ける優しい先輩の一人です。
今回は、家族サービス優先で…コロナ明けの楽しい想いでとされてください。

Kansai (Osaka), where I spent my training period,

This time, when I was working in Kansai, I heard that K-senpai went to France at the same time.
I worked here about 30 years ago. It's a nostalgic memory.
The senior seems to be traveling with her daughter during the summer vacation.

Whenever I go back to Kansai, he is one of the gentle seniors I always meet.
