5月の休日、北海道の小樽市にお邪魔しました。
コロナ明けの市場調査が主な目的でしたが、『積丹』の珍しい食材を提供して戴けたことに感謝です。
「札幌雪祭り」以降、インバウンドを始め観光客が如実に増加しているそうです。
天然帆立貝とアワビなどと、八角の刺身盛り合わせ。
生雲丹の贅沢盛りと、生ホッケのフライ「旨し。」
北海道生活も残り僅かとなりました。
仕事も遊びも悔いの無いよう頑張りたいと思います。
On a holiday in May, I visited Otaru City in Hokkaido.
The main purpose was market research after the corona, but I am grateful to have been able to provide the rare ingredients of "Shakotan".
After 「the Sapporo Snow Festival」, the number of tourists, including inbound tourists, has increased significantly.
There are only a few days left in Hokkaido job.
I would like to do my best so that I have no regrets in both work and play.
