4月15日（土）～16日（日）福岡県の博多区にお邪魔しました。
コロナ後の博多区の市場調査が主な目的でしたが・・
博多と言えば、「豚骨ラーメン」「鉄板餃子」ですね。とても美味でした。
今回は屋台もお邪魔しました。
すっかり観光客は戻っていらっしゃいますね。
それ以外にも、「ゴマ鯖」「明太子」など福岡には名物料理がたくさん！
博多駅周辺は、定番ですが…
今回は「百道エリア」にも足を延ばして、博多の食文化の調査を致しました。
色んな文化を吸収して、福岡流を出しているのは、他県には無い独自路線ですね。
魚介類も、定番の鶏料理も絶賛です。
愛される「福岡」の県民性を感じらたのが、今回の所見です。
博多は、実家からも近いので引き続き継続調査致します。

This time, we extended our trip to the Momochi area, etc., and investigated the food culture of Hakata.
Fukuoka is Absorbing various cultures and creating a unique Fukuoka style is a unique route.
Seafood and classic chicken dishes are highly acclaimed.
It is this observation that you can feel the character of the beloved "Fukuoka".
It's close to my parents' house(saga), so I will continue to investigate.
