3月15日～18日 釜山出張へ行って来ました。
韓国の飲食店のマーケティングリサーチの依頼でした。
本場でしか食べれない物、多国籍のお料理が受け入れられる場なのか？
結果は暴飲暴食ツアーに成ってしまいましたが…引き続き、調査を続けます。
釜山は初渡航でしたが、伝統のお料理が溢れ、他国の追随を許しません。
あの、Mバーガー屋さんも出店が皆無とか？興味ある場所ではあります。
一方で、観光地化されている場所は、綺麗に共存されている所もございました。

Is it a place that accepts food that can only be eaten at home and multinational cuisine or not?
It was a binge eating and drinking tour...
Full of traditional dishes, it does not allow other countries to follow.
M‐Burger shop doesn't even have a store? It's an interesting place.
On the other hand, some places that have been turned into tourist spots coexisted beautifully.
