2023年3月に開業するHOKKAIDO BALLPARK F VILLAGEによる複合型ベーカリーをオープンすることが決まりました。
運営は都内を中心にベーカリー事業「TruffleBAKERY（トリュフベーカリー）」を展開する株式会社ドレステーブルが担い、フラッグシップ店として道内に初出店いたします。
この度、色々なご縁により…3月30日にオープンする併設される、120席のレストラン開業支援のコンサルテイング契約を結ばせて戴きました。
