年内のクルーズは既に満員御礼！横浜の大桟橋埠頭には別れを惜しむ方々が数百人（泣）
19時の出港は、全員がカウントダウンで見送りました。
ここにも又、会社都合で退職するホスピタリティスタッフが存在します。

クルーズ中は、24時間船上のゲストに美味しい食事や飲料をサーブし、楽しかったと感じて貰う。
決して安価では無いクルーズ料金を支払うゲストにリピーターとして再来船？させるスキル。
自らがエンターテイナーとなり、素晴らしいパフォーマンスで、お客様へのおもてなしに力を注ぐ。
そう言った方々を救うべく、私は自分が起業したことを決して忘れてはいけない。
