東京は、どこもかしこもクリスマスのイルミネーションが綺麗です。
今日は、知り合いのレストランにてスタッフ間の一足早いクリスマス会。
ご相伴にあずかりました。
前職では、中々食せなかった神戸の有名店「H・C」。
あっさりとしたお味が美味しかったです！
最近は、私共に「働く人を探してくれ」という依頼が多く入ってきます。主に高級価格の飲食店から。
どこも、人手不足で困っている様子。私に相談してくるという事は、どこに相談しても人が来ないという証拠。
前記致しましたが、この時期の求人は皆無です。
我々も、飲食店開業ヘルプを次々と行っているので、人を採用する難しさは実感している。
人が辞め続ける現実も見ている。欠員の現場で根性と体力で回す訳の分からないオペレーションも知っている。
もう、出来る人を採用することはあきらめたほうが良いかもしれない。
なら、人が辞めないようにしなくては。人を減らして回すシステムの開発。
「やらねばならない苦難は山ほどある。」
