私たちは今、滋賀の地で新たな飲食ビジネスを立ち上げる準備をしています。
パンやフレンチ、そして人とのつながりを通して、ここからしか生まれない価値を発信していきたいと思っています。

都会では気づけなかった時間の流れの中に、本当に大切にしたいものがありました。
30年ぶりに再会した、旧友の家族が暮らすこの場所で、私は一つの決意をしました。
「ここで、何かを始めよう。人と人、文化と土地を結ぶ仕事を。」

店内は、フランスの街角を思わせるアートや、ヴィンテージの家具をあしらった空間。
和と洋が自然に共鳴するような設えを心がけています。
食べることは、ただの行為ではなく「体験」。

フランスの市場やパン屋で実際に使われていたこの車を、滋賀の地で移動販売やイベント出店に活用していきます。
地方の小さなまちにも、美味しい時間を届けたい。
そんな想いが詰まった、もう一つのお店です。

I made a decision in this place where my old friend's family lives, whom I met again for the first time in 30 years.

We make bread and dishes that are not special, but that you will want to eat every day.

The interior of the store is decorated with art reminiscent of a street corner in France and vintage furniture.
We aim to create a space where Japanese and Western styles naturally resonate with each other.

A moving space that carries dreams
Our other specialty is this classic car, the Citroën H-van.
This car, which was actually used in markets and bakeries in France, will be used for mobile sales and event stalls in Shiga.
We want to bring delicious time to small towns in the countryside.
This is another shop filled with such thoughts.
