11月の第三木曜日…Boaujolais Nouveau 🍷の販売解禁日です。
皆様は、既に飲まれましたか？

2023年のボジョレー地方は、天候に恵まれ畑には、夏の太陽がたっぷりと浴びた葡萄が実りました！
一方で、例年に比べると降雨量は少なく収穫量も少なくなりました。
葡萄一粒一粒が業務用で異なります。

今年のヌーボは、赤ワインのtanninが強い！
新酒らしいフレッシュさと、しっかりとした果実味も感じます。
葡萄一粒一粒が、凝縮したため、濃厚なボジョレーヌーボに成りました。

In 2023, the Beaujolais region was blessed with good weather, and the fields were ripe with grapes that were bathed in the summer sun!
On the other hand, compared to previous years, there was less rainfall and the harvest was smaller.
Each grape is different for commercial purposes.

This year's Nouveau has a strong red wine tannin!
You can feel the freshness of new sake and the firm fruit flavor.
Each grape is concentrated, resulting in a rich Beaujolais Nouveau.
