昨日、日ハムファイターズの球場…北海道ボールパークFヴィレッジに『TruffleBAKERY』を開店させて戴きました。

ミシュランガイド東京2019で一つ星を獲得したフランス料理店「Sincere（シンシア）」の石井真介シェフとタッグを組み、「Sincere N°（シンシアノード）」としてスタートしました。
"TruffleBAKERY Hokkaido Ballpark F Village" is a new complex store that integrates a bakery, restaurant and cafe. It will be the largest Truffe BAKERY flagship store in Japan.
We aim to be a complex bakery that is open and loved by local residents as well as visitors to F Village.
In collaboration with chef Shinsuke Ishii of the French restaurant "Sincere", which won one star in the Michelin Guide Tokyo 2019, "Sincere N°" started.
