コンセプトは「The fun of cooking again/家族と食べる食事と、料理の楽しみをもう一度」と、題して、北海道の食材、ワインなど美味しい物をもっと美味しく提供すべくレストランは北参道の人気フレンチ「シンシア」とタッグを組み、北海道の食を中心にエンターテイメントを提供します。ベーカリーは東京でも人気の一等小麦を使った白トリュフの塩パンに、北海道限定の北海道小麦を使用した特別な白トリュフの塩パンも初登場します。北海道ならではの仕掛けをふんだんに行いスタート予定です。

The bakery will also debut white truffle salt bread using first-class wheat, which is popular in Tokyo, and special white truffle salt bread using Hokkaido wheat, which is limited to Hokkaido. We are planning to start with plenty of tricks unique to Hokkaido.
