A secret executive meeting was held in Hikone🏯

滋賀県彦根市にて、毛利志満は幹部会を開催いたしました。

会場には彦根城下町のフレンチレストランを選び、日常業務から離れた環境の中で、
今後の事業方針について集中的な議論を行いました。

本会議では、「何を守り、何を変えるか」をテーマに、創業以来大切にしてきた価値の継承と進化について、
経営層および現場責任者が一体となって意見を交わしました。

社長・料理長・支配人が参加し、これからの時代に対応するための方向性とビジョンが共有され、
今後の取り組みに向けた重要な意思決定の機会となりました。

なお、会議に先立ち彦根城を訪問し、地域の歴史や文化に触れることで、
改めて自社の在り方や使命について見つめ直す時間も設けました。

本幹部会を契機に、当社はさらなる価値創出と持続的成長に向け、具体的な施策の実行を加速してまいります。
