この街は、私にとって仕事の「原点」とも言える場所です。

地域ごとに異なる個性が、その土地の力や人の営みを映しています。
福岡で初心を思い出し、滋賀で新たな挑戦に向き合う。
それぞれのご縁が、今の自分を支えてくれています。

静かな海辺の牡蠣小屋で、大先輩の回復祝いを兼ねた会。
湯気と笑顔に包まれながら、心も体も穏やかに満たされていきました。

「ホテル日航福岡」レ・セレブリテにて佐賀牛のランチを。
きめ細やかな肉質と上品な甘みが印象的で、滋賀で親しんだ近江牛とはまた異なる深い味わいでした。

I visited Fukuoka on a business trip to Kyushu.
This city is where I can consider my work its "origin."
The unique characteristics of each region reflect the power of the land and the activities of its people.
Remembering my original intentions in Fukuoka and facing new challenges in Shiga.
Each of these connections supports me to where I am today.
A time to soothe the soul on the beach in Itoshima
At a quiet seaside oyster shack, I celebrated the recovery of a senior colleague.
Surrounded by steam and smiles, my mind and body were filled with calm.
I had Saga beef lunch at Les Celebrités in the Hotel Nikko Fukuoka.
The fine texture and elegant sweetness were impressive, with a deep flavor different from the Omi beef I grew accustomed to in Shiga.
I am truly grateful for the many lessons I learned and the connections I made.
