We received to new a revitalization project for a certain hotel.🏩

大阪で、本格的なホテル再生のコンサルテイングの仕事の相談を受けました。
場所は「松屋町」某ハイグレード都市型民泊施設をメインにした1階…カフェの立ち上げです。

飲食店単体としては、かなり厳しい条件の場所ですが・・
既にハード部分は完成していて、OPEN直前に問題が発覚…弊社に相談が来ました。

民泊の宿泊者「インバウンド」の方の付加価値として朝食をメインに開業予定。
住宅地としての利点を活かした「ママ友」需要のカフェをも目論む予定です。

『和』をテーマにしたお料理をお部屋へのデリバリーをしたい要望もあります。

民泊の需要とは別に、サウナの用意も有り、オリジナルサウナ客の『サウナ飯』や、
夜のBAR展開も視野に入れています。兎に角出来る事は何でもチャレンジしてみたいと思います。

パン屋さんプロジェクトや、〇〇カレーの関西発ショップ等の企画も浮上。
結果は如何？？？

I was approached about a full-scale hotel revitalization consulting job in Osaka.
The location was Matsuyamachi, a high-grade urban private lodging facility with the main focus on opening up a cafe on the first floor.

The location is quite difficult for a restaurant alone...
The hardware part was already completed, but a problem was discovered just before opening...
They came to us for advice.

They plan to open the business mainly as breakfast to add value to the "inbound" guests staying at the private lodgings.

They also plan to open a cafe to meet the demand of "mom friends" by taking advantage of the residential area.

There is also a request to deliver "Japanese" themed food to the rooms.
Apart from the demand for private lodgings, there is also a sauna, and we are considering "sauna food" for original sauna guests and opening a bar at night. We would like to try anything we can.

Plans for a bakery project and a Kansai-based shop for XX curry have also emerged.

What will the results be? ? ?
