母の三回忌法要にて九州に帰省しました。
関西空港より空路で向かいました。
色んなハプニングはございましたが、何とか無事にお勤め終了です。
郷里では、新しいお店の経営コンサルの話も戴きました。
帰りに知り合いのいる博多・天神界隈を散策しました。
人材不足の中、高知県から調理師のリクルーティングの話やスタッフのベトナム人の話など…
興味深い話も伺いました。
有難い事に、新規で大阪や京都の、新規出店の相談も戴いています。
万博2025で、浮かれている場合では無いと痛感（笑）
I went back to Kyushu for my mother's third anniversary memorial service.
I flew there from Kansai Airport.
There were a lot of mishaps, but I managed to finish the job safely.
In my hometown, I was also approached about management consulting for a new store.
On the way back, I strolled around the Hakata/Tenjin area where I have some acquaintances. With a labor shortage, I heard stories about recruiting chefs from Kochi Prefecture and Vietnamese staff...
I've also been approached about opening new stores in Osaka and Kyoto.
With the World Expo 2025 approaching, I've realized that this is no time to be complacent (laughs)
