大阪に引っ越して1年が経ったのはお知らせしたと思います。
横浜事業所からすると仕事の量がとても少なくなり、事業の継続をする為に色んな事にもチャレンジ致しました。
横浜に居た時はタイムリーに知人からのお助けコールを戴く事が多かったのですが、大阪では24年もの歳月が経過しており、中々思うような結果に結びつきません。
今回、新しい東京のPR会社からの取材のオファーを戴き新たな挑戦をしようかなと思っております。
過去三年間のお仕事内容の回顧録（笑）
先ずは、横浜市（野毛）にて某料理長の依頼による…飲食施設の同時3店舗のオープン。
それから、某フランス菓子の日本誘致プロジェクト！
伊勢丹新宿にも交渉に伺いましたが…時期尚早だったのかなぁ？
日本橋のフレンチ店と八丁堀のフレンチ店の同時支援
私の身体は1つなんですけどね（笑）
