昨日、既存スタッフによるHOTEL体験企画を開催しました。
実際のVillaを使用し、食事と宿泊をお客様目線で使用させて戴く事が出来ました。

特別な非日常なひとときに最高なおもてなしを。

 

1日4組限定の全室サウナ・ジャグジー付きのスイートルームを体験させて戴きました。

実際の施設を使用して、良い所の再認識・改善すべき点などをスタッフ間で共有する事が出来ました。
皆も、これからの営業及び接客に活かされる事と思われます。

Yesterday, we held a hotel experience event for our existing staff.
We used an actual villa and were able to experience meals and accommodation from a guest's perspective.
We provide the ultimate hospitality for a special, extraordinary moment.
We have the opportunity to experience our suite rooms, all of which are limited to four groups per day and come with a sauna and jacuzzi.
By using the actual facilities, the staff were able to re-examine the good points and share areas for improvement among themselves.
